LAW 6135 - Criminal Law This course enables the student to recognize and analyze key issues in substantive criminal law, including crimes, defenses, mental states and other general principles, and to understand the context in which such issues arise in the criminal justice system.
Prerequisite: LAW 6000 Introduction to Legal Fundamentals Units: 3
