MLS 441 - Legal Communication


This course will address oral and written communication in legal contexts, to provide students with an understanding of the underlying goals and implicit concerns involved in interactions among clients, legal counsel, legal adversaries, judges and juries. Students learn techniques for editing and revising their work to make it concise and clear, and produce both persuasive and objective legal documents. (2 credits)
