LAW 6330 - Wills and Trusts

This course enables the student to recognize key substantive issues in the law of Will and Trusts, to become familiar with the relevant legal principles, and to apply these principles as they evolve over time to factual situations in a lawyer-like manner in the potential practice of law; and to draft a Will and a Trust.
