MLS 527 - Ethics

This course serves to facilitate the student's understanding of the role of ethics in the law and how legal issues are impacted by ethical concerns. Among the topics addressed are conflicts of interest, confidentiality,legal privileges and the unauthorized practice of law. (2 units)
