LAW 6360 - Appellate Advocacy

In this course, students participate on a team that researches and writes an appellate brief and argues it before a three-judge panel, in an intramural competition with students from another law school. Prerequisite: LAW 6140 - Legal Research and LAW 6240 - Legal Writing Units: (2 units, Letter Grade)
